- Within 1 business day we reply from a real person with a secure, private way to send us the executed documents for up to twenty tenancies. Your documents are never fed to third-party parsing services.
- We verify. Every rent, review, option and date is read from the documents and cited to the page it came from. Where a document is missing, the register says estimated, not verified — and tells you which document would fix it.
- You get your register back — verified figures, option-notice dates, an error scan of what the lease says against what you were invoiced, and a list of any missing documents worth chasing. It’s yours to keep either way.
