Security

Your lease documents and portfolio data are commercially sensitive. Here is how we look after them.

Data sovereignty

Client data is hosted in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2) and stored in Australia. The underlying AWS infrastructure is SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001 and IRAP-assessed.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Backups are encrypted and taken nightly.

Client isolation

Each client’s data is isolated from other clients. Your documents and figures are never visible to, or commingled with, another client’s portfolio.

Your data and AI

Your data is never used to train AI models. AI is used to analyse your documents for your benefit — the documents themselves, and the intelligence extracted from them, remain yours.

Access control

Client portals sit behind authenticated logins, and access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

If you believe you have found a security issue in any LeaseIntel service, please email tyson@leaseintel.ai. We will acknowledge your report promptly and keep you informed as we investigate.
